Home Inspection

A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive examination that will identify defects within the major areas of a home, such as:

• Roof
• Exterior
• Basement, foundation, and structure
• Heating and cooling system
• Plumbing
• Electrical
• Fireplace
• Attic, insulation, and ventilation
• Doors, windows, and interiors

These items will be inspected to InterNACHI’s International Standards of Practice for Performing a General Home Inspection. Within 24 hours of your inspection, you will receive a detailed written report with color photos that will identify defects which have been observed and deemed material during the inspection.

Structural Pest Inspection

A structural pest inspection is helpful in identifying if a structure is free
from or has been exposed to damage by Anobiid Beetles, Dampwood and
Subterranean Termites, Carpenter Ants, and rot fungi.

Foundation Certification

Liberty Real Estate Inspections has partnered with the engineers at MFD Home Certification, US LCC to provide our clients with an engineer’s foundation certification for those who are purchasing, selling, or refinancing a manufactured home. Your manufactured home’s foundation will be inspected to the guidelines as established within the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s “Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing”.

Thermal Imaging

Liberty Real Estate Inspections provides accurate infrared testing and inspection services to identify and report potentially dangerous and expensive electrical and mechanical issues. LREI’s infrared inspection program shows you thermal problems, assesses them with a precise non-contact temperature measurement, and documents them within a report provided to the customer. Finding electrical and mechanical issues before they fail completely can greatly reduce downtime and production loss.

LREI is equipped with a level 1 certified thermographer. Our certification is from AVO Electrical Training Institute.
