Liberty Real Estate Inspections is a locally owned inspection company in the Yakima Valley. We strive to provide the greater Yakima Valley area a home inspection option that is convenient, prompt, and thorough in the services we provide.

Wayne Bethune is the owner of Liberty Real Estate Inspections. He has 12 years of experience in the building trades industry, 5 years’ experience in HVAC with Local Union 55, and 7 plus years’ experience as a data center facilities engineer. Wayne and his wife are Yakima natives and have enjoyed growing up in the area and being involved within the community in various ways. Wayne’s decision to pursue home inspecting was based on his past trades experience as well as his desire to serve the communities within the Yakima Valley. He is dedicated to serving each client with the utmost integrity, honesty, and transparency.
